What is Prisco Mobile?
It is a mobile telephone service. We are a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), with reception throughout Spain and worldwide.
What is Prisco Mobile’s reception?
Prisco Mobile® uses the MOVISTAR mobile phone network which covers 98.8% of the population.
What do I need to register with Prisco Mobile?
You only need to be of age, and to have a bank account. If you wish to change over to Prisco Mobile and preserve your current telephone number, you must be the holder of the line and not have any portability clause in effect. The information we will require is the following: the telephone number you wish to bring with you, your current telephone operator and the series number of your current SIM card.
What kind of cards does Prisco Mobile have?
We have the three models of cards that currently exist on the market:
1. SIM: This is the model of card that most terminals use.
2. MicroSIM: Smaller than the SIM, required for iPhone 4, Samsung SIII and Nokia Lumia, among others.
3. NanoSIM: Even smaller than the microSIM, it is used for iPhone 5 and iPad mini.
All our cards are pre-cut for SIM and MicroSIM.
How do I activate my line?
To activate your SIM card, you only need to make your first call. Please remember that to be able to receive multimedia messages, you also need to send one first.
What telephones can the Prisco Mobile service be used with?
You can use the Prisco Mobile on any unlocked telephone, but if you would like a new mobile phone, you can buy one at Prisco Mobile mobile phones.

Can I use Prisco Mobile abroad?
With Prisco Mobile, you can receive and make calls almost anywhere in the world. You just need to activate the Roaming service.

What happens if I make a mistake when activating the telephone service?
If you make a mistake on entering your PIN three times, your card will be blocked for security reasons, and you will be asked to provide the PUK, which you will find on the back of your Prisco Mobile card. To change the PIN for another that is easier for you to remember, please consult your telephone manual.
What should I do in the case of loss or theft?
SIM CARD: If you have lost your Prisco Mobile card or had it stolen, please call the following number (+34) 911 090 090 as soon as possible. We will block the call so that nobody can spend your balance and you will only lose the amount you have consumed before your call to us.
MOBILE: Your mobile phone has a unique 15-digit identification code called IMEI, which is usually printed on a label with a barcode on the exterior of the telephone box. If your telephone is lost or stolen, please inform us of your IMEI and we will immediately block your terminal so that nobody can use it in Spain.
Do I have Voicemail?
Prisco Mobile offers a free voicemail service available by calling 121. You can also access your voicemail from abroad by calling (+34) 911 090 099.
How can I disable my Voicemail?
To disable it, key in the following code on your mobile phone ##002#.
When does the "R" for Roaming appear?
This symbol will only appear when you activate the Roaming service and travel abroad. By default, this service is disabled. If you are in Spain, you will see one of the following symbols:
G (GPRS): This is also known as 2G or 2G GSM, with the speed of 144 Kbps.
E (EDGE): Known as 2.5, it has a speed of 384 Kbps.
3G (UMTS): This has an Internet access speed of up to 3.6 Mbps, allowing audio and video to be transmitted in real time.
H (3G+): HSDPA technology, known as 3.5G or 3G +, reaches speeds of up to 14 Mbps.
